Our Story
Zero Tax LLC was founded by Greg Neilsen, a tax professional originally from New Jersey. Greg’s journey began with a passion for helping people navigate complex financial matters. He attended college in Wilmington, North Carolina, and went on to earn his law degree in Charleston, South Carolina, where he developed a love for the South.
After completing his law degree, Greg earned his Masters of Laws in Taxation (LLM) from the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law, ranked #2 in the world. He then worked for a prestigious law firm in New York, where he assisted ultra-high-net-worth individuals with tax planning and real estate transactions. Later, he served as tax counsel for an international commodity trading company, helping them expand operations into the United States in a tax-efficient manner.
Most recently, Greg worked at an accounting firm, which ignited his passion for helping small business owners simplify their tax and accounting processes. He founded Zero Tax LLC to provide small businesses with the tools and support they need to thrive financially.
